Hello productboard champion!

Productboard serves as a centralised repository of customer interviews, support conversations, product reviews, or survey responses to help organizations make better customer-centric decisions. However, companies often focus on collecting customer complaints and pain points and fail to see the opportunity of collecting and sharing customer love.

Productboard now allows Makers to categorise feedback by sentiment, so it’s easy to import positive feedback without creating noise in your workspace. With sentiment analysis, Makers can easily share customer love with the team while staying efficient and focusing on customer pain points.

This really is a beta – we’ll be giving you access to productboard’s functionality that’s not yet ready for a public release. If you do encounter things that don’t work as planned, please tell us about it!
