Helper Team Policies
Where the helper team is not an official staff team, and so does not fall under the staff ruling and policies, below are the policies and rulings written for the Helper Team in specific. To ensure quality and professionalism over support from the helper team we ask everyone part of the team to follow these rulings to their best capability. Failure to do so may lead to punishing actions or in the worst case, to removal from the helper team.

1.) Professionalism: We expect our helper team to show out professionalism to a certain level to keep up the good image. This includes but is not limited to:
a.)Toxic attitude, trolling or in another way unprofessional or immature behavior over any of the MCRP’s platforms or its related platforms, such as department websites/discords, gang or corporation discords, DMs with community members, and so on.
2.) Activity: Where we have no activity requirement over the helper team, we expect activity to a certain level. This could be filled in by doing a ticket or two on discord, taking small activity in #community-support, doing few replies over the forums to player support, or 5-10 messages in /n channel in-game, per week. Ideal end number of all should be 15 support points a week. If you are to be gone for a week or over, it is asked that you could inform the Chief Helper Team of your Leave Of Absence so it can be marked in.
3.) Communication & Teamwork: Where we won’t ask you to be friends with everyone, we expect you to be able to communicate and work alongside your fellow helpers. At times it may come to be that tickets can be forwarded to others in the helper team or someone from the team may request assistance on a case which they are unsure about. With this, communication and teamwork is also expected with the actual staff teams. If you find having issues on working with a certain member of the helper team or face other issues, it would be asked of you to contact the Chief Helper Team, as for example staff complaints do not take in part with the helper team.
