"Send Me" Scholarship Application Form
DiscipleTrips is here to remove some of the barriers that may discourage you from going on a mission trip.  The "Nat and Jean Cooper, Send Me Scholarship" was established to ensure mission trips are accessible to people who could not otherwise afford to go.

This scholarship has been put in place specifically for people who desire to go on a DiscipleTrip but need assistance to jumpstart the fund-raising process. After completing and submitting this form, your application will be forwarded to our Scholarship Committee for consideration.
