Cowley Road carnival Procession application 2020
Welcome to taking part in the Carnival procession. Please answer all the questions so that we can make sure that you have everything you need on the day. The procession Coordinator will be in touch with you directly later in the year to give you all the information that you need. We have 2 lengths of the route, the longer one, from the Plain to St Mary and St John's church, the shorter one from (probably) Princes Street to the church, the shorter is designed for small children and groups with access issues, please choose a route below. *
Does your group play live music, drums recorded music or nothing at all? *
If you do NOT have any music, is there a king of music that you would like to be near to help you process? *
Do any of your participants have access issues, if so please let us know what they are and how we can help you with this. For example we allow transport for people with access issues to arrive much later than the rest of the procession, we also have quieter areas on the road that they can go to if needed and accessible toilets in various places.
Will you need to bring a vehicle to deliver either your participants or carnival structures and costume on the day? If so please say how many and what size vehicles.. You will receive a vehicle delivery pass nearer the time.  Sadly because of road closures Carnival can NOT sort out parking for you.
