Fill out this form for your group, and mark the number of people in your group planning to attend the concert at Box Elder High School. All musicians should register; if you have no spectators, just mark zero. Then we know you have responded.

We have enough seating that all groups will be approved. If you request extra seats we will add them automatically.

Pre-registration is required. If your group comes the day of the concert and has not pre-registered, they will need to use a smartphone to fill out this form, and there may not be seats for them.

We have permission to sit shoulder-to-shoulder, without skipping rows. In return, we will contact trace the audience and properly worn masks are *required* in the school building including in the auditorium for the duration of the program.

Each family is allowed up to 10 spectators. If spectators are in different groups, they must register separately. A family can have more than one registration, and there is room if it adds up to more than 10 people. Do you need more seats? Place your request in the comments section and we will increase the number for you, automatically.

Do you need fewer than 10 seats? Only claim what you need. This worked well last time.
