IEEE ComSoc Women in Communications Engineering (WICE) offers a Child Care program, awarding grants up to USD$500 per family for ICC and Globecom conference participants.

– The applicant must be a ComSoc member who is:
a) bringing small child/children to the conference, or
b) who incurs extra expenses in leaving their child/children at home.
– The applicant is responsible for making the arrangements for child care.
– The grants will be given as a reimbursement for expenses.

If you intend to use the onsite childcare space, please be sure to fill out the separate application found on the website.

Applicants will be notified if funding will be granted within one week of applying and no later than 22 May.
