8/22 5:00 PM: Help with the setup process. Please arrive by 5:00 pm the day of the event to help setup.

8/22 - 5:30 PM: Front Door Access: We need someone to allow access through the front door of the office building. Building security does not allow the door to be proped open. Please arrive by 5:30 pm the day of the event to help.

8/22 - 5:30 PM: Assist with the check-in desk & setup food & beverages

8:22 - post-event breakdown: Assist with the breakdown of the event.
