Please complete this form if you are requesting a programmatic scholarship. Each member who requests a 4-H program scholarship is expected to work an additional volunteer shift at the food/malt stands at the 2024 Dakota County Fair or other various volunteer opportunities.

In requesting each scholarship I understand there is an expectation to work an extra malt or dining hall shift during the Dakota County Fair. This is in addition to recommended shifts of one per youth member and one per adult member. The malt stand and dining hall play a significant role in funding our scholarship program.

Some scholarships require a presentation at a Federation mtg. Youth will be informed of the requirements at the time of allocation.

I understand the expectation of scholarship recipients.

I understand but would like to connect with 4-H staff and propose a different solution to fulfilling volunteer expectations.
