Art installations, and performances of all kinds will take place in all areas of the festival.

There is no access to water and all brown water must be taken with you for removal.

Fee is refundable up to 30 days prior to the festival. There will be a $25 processing fee for a returned payment.

FireFish will review vendor applications for approval based on the uniqueness of food items and the number of food vendor spots available. Once approved, an invoice will be sent for payment. Vendor status is not considered confirmed until payment is received.

Vendors are only allowed to sell items listed on their application and that have been approved by FireFish. Vendors will not be permitted to sell any items not specified on their application and are NOT PERMITTED to sell alcohol.

REGULATIONS
➢ Food vendors are required by the Lorain County Health Department to have a food license. Failure to have the license and pass a health inspection on the day of the festival will result in being disqualified as a vendor.
A copy of your license must be submitted to the festival and the Board of Health before the festival.

➢ The Fire Marshal WILL inspect your booth, trailer, or food truck before the event. Vendors will be required to pass inspection and submit a checklist for approval by the Fire Marshal. Failure to pass a safety inspection on the day of the festival will result in being disqualified as a vendor without a refund of your vendor fee. See the link below for the checklist and general rules for safety.
Ohio Regulations Regarding Mobile Food Units

➢ Vendors are required to provide FireFish Arts with an insurance certificate evidencing liability coverage with a $1,000,000 combined single limit, naming FireFish Arts as additional insured and promising to indemnify FireFish Arts and to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations. Please email a copy of your insurance certificate to info@firefisharts.org prior to the festival.
➢ If you do not have a food truck or trailer, you must SUPPLY YOUR OWN TENT, tables for your setup, clean-up materials, lighting, and other necessary equipment. We strongly recommend vendors be prepared for all weather situations. Heavy tent weights, tarps, and rope are highly recommended. Vendors are not permitted to drill into the ground to secure their tent.
Booth lighting will NOT be provided by the festival. The sun sets at 7 pm and lighting is strongly recommended for guests to keep your items visible.

The vendor fee will NOT be refunded if the vendor fails to pass inspections by the health department and the Fire Marshal. This is the sole responsibility of the vendor and inability to pass inspection will result in disqualification and a request to vacate the festival.

For more information or questions about becoming a vendor, contact Candice Pettigrew at info@firefisharts.org.
