I am particularly interested in peer groups for senior ICs (staff plus), but would also appreciate hearing about your experiences with any kind of company internal peer group. Unless permission is explicitly granted (there's a question for that), I will keep all responses private, with one exception. I will share the data with academics doing research in this area, provided they also agree to protect the privacy of responses. I intend to use these responses to determine trends and best practices, and improve my peer group for staff plus engineers at MongoDB.
