Collinsville Downtown Inc. is gearing up for our annual Just Treats No Tricks event, October 31st.  Over 1,000 children and parents will be parading down Main Street in their spooktacular costumes, visiting each merchant for a special treat, enjoying free hot dogs at the Plaza, and participating in a Costume Contest!  Collinsville Downtown, Inc. invites you to be a part of this festive event by “treating” the children as their families visit each business.
