Kansas Sneaker Fest Spring 2025

Vendor Table Fee:
- $90 for 1 Table
- $160 for 2 tables
- $240 for 3 tables
Vendor Deadline: Monday March 4th

Vendor Referral Program
How it works
Sign up and pay to be a vendor in the upcoming KSF Event
Refer a friend to become vendor in the same KSF event
Your friend signs up to become a vendor and pays for their vendor booth
You get $10 off you’re vendor fee per referral
Referrals must be first time KSF Vendors
Referrals must mention your name on the vendor form and purchase a vendor table
No more than 2 referrals max per vendor.
Set-up
Vendors will be provided with one 3 by 8 table or an 8 foot space (unless more have been requested and paid for) and 2 chairs or a couch to display sneakers or merchandise. You will have 2 and a half hours prior to the show to set up your table. Your table will be PRE-ASSIGNED ready for you to setup at 9:00am on the day of the event. By 11:00am set up will be complete and the loading dock will be CLOSED. Doors will officially open at 12pm. You may not attach anything to the wall, floor, window or ceiling with nails, staples or any other substance in order to prevent damage to the fixtures and furnishings. Any damages to these areas will be assessed to your company. Tape may be used, but only on the merchandise table and on top of the tablecloth provided by Festive ICT. You may bring in standalone items such as mannequins and clothing racks to place behind your merchandise table. Vendor is only allowed to have 1 other individual at table to assist with set up and sales. Every other individual at table must have a purchased ticket.
Electricity
We do not provide electricity. The venue has limited outlets of electricity. If your vendor table is next to an outlet, then you can plug into that outlet. Please do not run any extensions cords across the venue as this may cause a trip hazard.
Billing Policy
All vendors will be sent an invoice via quickbooks.
Teardown
At 5pm the show will end and you can begin to teardown your booth and have until 6pm to remove all of your belongings from the venue. If everything is not removed from the venue by 6pm, this could result in additional charges by the venue, which you will be forwarded to you or your company
Liability
Festive ICT assumes no responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles brought into the venue. The venue will provide adequate security required by law for the event.
Festive ICT shall not be liable for non-performance of the contract when such non-performance is attributable to labor troubles, disputes or strikes, accidents, government (Federal, State or Municipal) regulations or restrictions upon travel or transportation, non-availability of food, beverage or supplies, riots, national emergencies, acts of God and other causes whether enumerated herein or now which are beyond the reasonable control of Festive ICT.
Return or Cancellation Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
LOAD IN & PARKING (Aerial Map & Updated Parking Info Uploaded Soon)
-Please refer to the aerial map in your vendor email for load in direction.
- Vendors can park and load in on the north side of the building.'
- Parking is also available on the westside of the building for vendors.
-The main entrance CANNOT be used to load in.
-A Kansas Sneaker Fest Team member will be present to direct you upon arrival.
ABSOLUTELY NO SHARING OF TABLES
Vendors will NOT be allowed to share tables with other Vendors at the event or (friends, family, associates) that might be interested in sharing their Vendor space to sell products.
*PLEASE FOLLOW ALL RULES & REGULATIONS*
Failure to comply with all Festive ICT’s rules, regulations and requirements at Kansas Sneaker Fest, if vendor is involved in any unruly behavior including but not limited to intoxication, verbal abuse of other vendors, event attendees or event staff, will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the festival and future Festive ICT events.
By filling out and submitting this document you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of this vendor agreement form.
