Thank you for your interest in applying to trade at Portsmouth Creates We Shine - We Create Market as a CATERING TRADER (hot food & bars)

The market will be held at the old Post Office car park on Slindon Street by Commercial Road from Thursday 18th to Sunday 21st November 2021. Trading times 15:00pm - 20:00pm.


We will contact you via email to let you know if your application has been successful and present you with pitch prices at that point, once your application has been assessed.

You must read the 'Catering Pack' BEFORE completing this application form - this is available on our website next to the application form button.

Pitch pricing is for all trading days Thursday - Sunday. You may not trade for less than this, i.e just trade the Thursday and Friday

Once you've completed your application please email the following documents to concessions@victoriousevents.co.uk to finalise your application:

- Public Liability Insurance ***(If you intend to purchase insurance specifically for this event please wait to find out IF your application has been successful BEFORE purchasing any policy. Let the Concessions Team know via email if this is your intention)***

- Product Liability Insurance (if required. NB: please see info above regarding taking out policies)

- Employers Liability Insurance (if required. NB: please see info above regarding taking out policies)

- PAT Test Certificate (if required. NB: please see info above regarding taking out policies)

- H&S Risk Assessment

- Fire Risk Assessment (blank available upon request to the Concessions Team via email)

- Photos of your food and setup

- Local Authority Registration

- Hygiene Certificates

- Gas Safety Certificate (if required)

If your application is successful you will be notified by email and an invoice will be issued - full payment (inc. electricity & any other charges) by bank transfer to Victorious Festivals Ltd will then be due. The pitch offer is not guaranteed until your payment has been received. You must pay upon receipt of invoice otherwise the pitch will be offered to another trader.

N.B - THIS MARKET WILL BE HELD IN AN UNDERGROUND CARPARK IN NOVEMBER. IT WILL PROBABLY BE COLD. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ADEQUATELY PREPARED.

It is essential that the Application Checklist below is fully completed with the submission of this online application form. If any documentation is missing from your application then it will not be considered. Please send all listed documentation to: concessions@victoriousevents.co.uk. Your application cannot be assessed until these documents are received.

Full payment (inc. electricity & any other charges) by bank transfer to Portsmouth Creates CIC is due upon confirmation of your application's success. Your pitch offer is not guaranteed until this payment has been received. You will have a maximum of 7 days before the start of the market to pay your fee's otherwise your pitch will be cancelled and offered to another trader.
