Please fill out this form the night before you pick up the student meals. Meal pick up will only be at the Vidor Junior High campus in the carpool line beginning November 3rd.
Please have your order form completed by 9 am each day for planning purposes. This ordering form will be closed from 9 am until 1 pm each day then reopened to order for the next day. If you weren't able to order a meal, please call the number below with your information.
This order form will help with counts and ensure there are no meal shortages for our online students.

Lunch for the day of and Breakfast for the next day will be dispersed Monday - Friday from 11:45 am - 12:45 pm only at Vidor Junior High School beginning November 3, 2020.

http://www.vidorisd.org/foodservices.php Parents/caregivers may pick up meals for their student without the student being present, but proof of
VISD enrollment is required to be shown each time. The student badge or an enrollment letter from the
school can be used as proof. This must be presented in the pick up line to receive a meal.
