We are Jewish alumni supporting the advancement of racial and economic equity at Harvard. We believe that the presence of People of Color in places of power matters, that real t'shuva - repentance and change - by institutions like Harvard is necessary, and that affirmative action is an important tool for recruiting diverse students and faculty. We affirm our pride in the presence of Jews at Harvard, and we seek to ensure that the history of anti-Jewish quotas in the Ivy League isn’t misused to reduce diversity in higher education today.
