We have 3 levels of sponsorship available for the St. Patrick’s Day SmokeOut Shenanigans with limited sponsorship spots available. If you would like to sponsor this event please fill out the form below and we will email you back to confirm we got it and finish the registration process. We plan on running an ad for the St. Patrick’s Event the weekend before the event takes place. Also, the week of the event we're going to be doing a lot of social media marketing and pumping up people about the contests, activities, sponsors, and about the food trucks and vendors we have coming to the event. So being part of this event will get your name out to those who see our ad (expected reach 800+ people a day for 5 days), our event page, and those attending the event. We are expecting anywhere between 75 to 200+ attendees.    

Bronze Sponsors– 20 spots

$5 for a spot in spaces 6-20 on the list or $10 for spot listed in top 5 spaces of list (listed in order of payment received)

Includes:

* Listing in the day of event brochure in our “other sponsors” list section that will be passed out to the attendees

* Social media shout out (tagged in a post about the bronze level sponsors).

 

Silver Sponsors – 4 spots

These are the Contest (and activities) sponsor spots (we will have a Best Outfit Contest, Pot-Pong Tourney, and a Bags/Cornhole Tourney all with top 3 prizes. We also will have other fun activities set up; hot box tent, giant gravity bong, disc golf putting area, coloring & relaxing tent, games)

Includes:

* Prominent listing in the day of event brochure that will be given to attendees of the event

* Social media shout out (tagged in a post about our silver level sponsors)

*Logo on signage at event for contests & activities and on social media posts about contests and activities leading up to the event

 

Gold Sponsor – 1 spot – Main Event Sponsor

$250

Includes:

* Logo on front of the day of event brochure that will be handed out to the attendees

* Shoutout/tagged on all remaining social media posts about event

* Logo added to the Facebook Event Cover as sponsor of event

* Logo on main signage and other smaller signage at the event

* Shout out during the Open Mic hour at the event

* Free 10x20 vendor spot if you would like to set up a booth at the event (can’t be there in person, no worries we can set up a display for you displaying your product or brand if you would like)
