Annual Membership Form (for new members) 2024/25

By completing and submitting this form to the club you are agreeing to:

  • Abide by the Club’s Welfare Protection Policy.

  • Give your consent for the club to keep your details on a database in line with data protection requirements and the Club’s privacy policy.

  • Abide by the Club Constitution and UK Athletics rules. 

  • Give permission for photographs taken at Club & public events and races to be used for Wells City Harrier publicity on our website, social media platforms & local newspaper.

  • Volunteer some time to help the Club in its activities/events.

  • Become a Member of Yeovil Olympiads AC for Track & Field athletics.

When you become a member of, or renew your membership with, Wells City Harriers you can also choose to be registered as a member of England Athletics (essential if you ever compete for the club in competition under UKA rules). If you register then we will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact dataprotection@englandathletics.org. NOTE: The Club would prefer all active members to join EA at the same time as joining or re-joining for the Club. 

Annual Fees for 2024/25 – the Membership year ends on 31st March 2025

  • England Athletics Fee: N/A

Membership fee to England Athletics is £19 per annum (2024/25) and becomes due on 1st April.

You will be invoiced by England Athletics using Stripe for the correct amount.

If a 1st Claim/Full member we will allocate you to a volunteering role during the year – this may be, for example, marshalling at one of the Street 5k races over autumn/winter or helping in some other way.
