President
The President is responsible for leading the club and coordinating with sponsors and school leadership the Club Coordinator, as well as maintaining positive working relationships with them. These sponsors and leaders advise and assist the club in strategic and routine matters. Some examples are: helping to clear up any problems (ex. unfair strikes), making sure communication within the board is effective, and everyone on the board is informed. At the start of each semester, the president is responsible for setting up the club, attending the Club Registration meeting, and announcing any upcoming events.
Vice President (VP)
The VP is responsible to assist the president or any member of the board throughout the semester. This position is also responsible for keeping records of food and supplies available. When a position on the board is vacant, the VP will fill the position until a suitable person is found. However, if the VP position is vacant, the president will fill this position.
Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for all financial aspects of the club. These include though are not limited to keeping financial records, producing reports and presenting to the board.
Secretary
The Secretary is responsible for tracking meeting dates and recording attendance. They keep track of official membership lists and are responsible for working with the president to communicate upcoming events and agenda for the next meeting.
Public Relations (PR)
The PR is responsible for creating a positive club image, making flyers for events, posting pictures on social media, and generally making our club attractive.
