Please fill out this form to the best of your ability, or print and fill out the pdf version, and rehearsal availability. There will be additional forms at the audition. Professional resumes are acceptable in lieu of the audition form.

Housing and Stipends

We will have very limited home stay options for our cast members--we encourage singers from anywhere to audition, but home stays will be prioritized depending on our ability to fill the role with a more local singer.

We offer nominal honorariums to each cast member based on the role or ensemble membership. The honorarium is meant to offset any personal costs related to the show, such as gas mileage, parking fees, purchase of score, clothing or makeup.
