Five of the awards require individual nominations for chapter members.
The other awards recognize the chapters who best meet the criteria based on their last annual report (2021-22) and any additional information you can provide for 2022-23.
Filling out an entry for each award is the best chance of receiving an award.
Please be brief, but descriptive. Please list multiple achievements (versus writing lengthy paragraphs).
Each chapter MUST have paid Alumnae Operating Fees and 2nd Century Fees by receipt of award information to be eligible to receive an award.
Some awards will be given that are not on this form. These are based on communication with your District President, social media communication, and other visible forms of excellence.
