Yoga to Go is designed to help those who want to develop their home practice with some guidance, or those too busy with travel, family, or other commitments to make it to a studio regularly. It's more personalized than an online yoga video, but frees you up to explore on your own with intelligence and support. I offer this on a sliding scale to make it available to everyone.
