VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM

Event: 9am to 3pm
Setup: 7am to 9am
Tear down: 3pm to 5pm

This application is for food vendors, artist/artisan vendors, medical professionals or service vendors, handmade and non-profit outdoor spaces. Your booth placement will be assigned based upon your involvement in promoting up towards the event, booth presentation and the order in which you apply.

We believe that it takes a village to raise a child therefore we hope that you will all HELP to promote the event as well.This way all who participate and attend can attain maximum benefits.

We expect a sunny beautiful day in Long Beach but can never predict the weather. This is a rain or shine event.

Food vendors and items are required to obtain all property permits (cottage food, TFF etc.), TFF booths will receive a discounted vendor fee due to purchasing a TFF.

A link for payment will be sent upon acceptance of application.

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own setups. Including but not limited to ez-ups, tables and chairs. Electricity will be available, but will need to be requested prior to the event day. Bring your own lights and extension cords. *
