As you may know, ALA Hawai'i Girls State is a nationally recognized youth leadership civics engagement program that attracts leaders in our community. (Started in 1947, every state has a program. Hawai'i started in 1961, then went on bread from 1982-2016).

We are seeking to learn more about the applicants, as grades and resumes are just a piece of the person.
