WALK TO RUN PROGRAM
If you're new to running and would like to reach 5km comfortably, this is a gentle and simple 8-week program that will help you build good running habits and confidence.
The program is time-based with walk/run intervals staggered in small but consistent increments over 3-4 days a week.

Coach led sessions are on Tuesdays at 7.30pm (Meadowglen Athletics Track), Thursdays at 7pm and Sundays at 7.30am.

This program starts Tuesday 13th February until Saturday 6th April 2024.

You need to be able to walk around and complete your normal daily tasks, including walking up and down the stairs with no pain, or almost no pain, before starting this program.
