Dear North Smithfield Families,

North Smithfield is expanding its "grab and go" school lunch offering beyond students who are eligible for free or reduced lunch. We will now include any North Smithfield student who's family can use the assist.

To help us determine how many lunches to make please fill in the form below. All information will be kept confidential

Pickup will be outside the cafeteria at North Smithfield High School between 11:30 - 12:30 and will include a bag lunch and breakfast for the next morning.
