IYPT 2025 Volunteer Registration

We will be hosting the IYPT final 2025 in Malmö (Malmö Borgarskola), Sweden! Please fill in the form below and help us plan for 2025. Volunteers will at least get meals provided, a free goodie bag and get to go on outings. If domestic travel to and accommodation in Malmö is needed, this will also be provided. The preliminary dates are the 29th of June 2025 to 6th of July 2025.

Volunteering roles

We are currently looking for the following:

Organisation committee (looking for sponsors, event planning, marketing (graphic design, website, social media)

15-30 Fight assistants (Sitting during fights and keeping track of the IYPT clock and entering scores)

15-30 Guides (Greeting the team at the airport, making sure teams get checked in, making sure that they find there way around, being a contact between teams and the organisers, helping during outings)

Jury members (Helping to judge the fights. Physics degree required.)
