1. Overview
Barren River Hat Co. ("Company") is seeking social media influencers and brand representatives ("Reps") to promote our hats in exchange for discounts and promotional benefits. By applying and participating, Reps agree to the following terms and conditions.

3. Promotion Requirements
Reps must create and post 20 videos and 10 posts featuring Barren River Hat Co. products unless on TikTok or Youtube it must be 30 Videos.
The content must be posted on their primary social media account.
Posts and videos can be as simple as wearing the product.
Reps must tag Barren River Hat Co.'s official social media accounts in each post and video.
The content must be created and posted within [6 months] from the first purchase.
4. Discount Structure
On their first two purchases, Reps will receive 50% off.
After the second purchase, Reps will be provided a unique discount code for 15% off all future purchases.
This discount code will remain active only if the Rep meets the required 20 videos and 10 posts with the exception of TikTok or Youtube it must be 30 Video obligation.
5. Code Termination
If the Rep fails to complete the required 20 videos and 10 posts within the agreed timeframe, the 15% discount code will be terminated.
Barren River Hat Co. reserves the right to revoke discount codes at any time if terms are not met.
6. Content Usage
By participating, Reps grant Barren River Hat Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, share, and promote their submitted content across all Company marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertisements.
7. General Conditions
This agreement does not create an employee-employer relationship.
Barren River Hat Co. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Reps must comply with all platform guidelines and community standards when posting content.
By submitting an application and making purchases under this agreement, Reps acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
