Shrewsbury Farmers Market - Non-Profit Booth Host Application
Note: This form is intended for not for profit organizations who are interested in hosting an informational booth at the Shrewsbury Farmers Market during the 2023 season.

Markets are held on Wednesdays from 2:30-6:30 pm, beginning June 14th and running for 15 consecutive weeks.

The Market is located at 98 Maple Avenue, adjacent to the Shrewsbury Senior Center.

Non-Profit booths are not allowed to sell items, but are allowed to solicit general donations for use towards their cause. Non-profit booths may give away free items and flyers, but any food items are required to follow Board of Health permits and protocol.

There is no fee to host a non-profit booth at the Shrewsbury Farmers Market.

Non-profit booth hosts are required to bring their own 10x10 tent, table, tent weights, chairs, and any and all other items needed for their time at the Market. Please prepare for the weather appropriately.

Once your application is received, you will be contacted by our Market Manager by phone or email to confirm or amend your market date.

Please email farmersmarket@shrewsburyma.gov with additional questions.
