All reserve visitors must check in each day upon entering the reserve at the main Neeson Road gate, or you may use this online form from a computer or smartphone just prior to your visit. We use these data to show how we are helping support research, education, and public service. Thanks for helping us maintain our records accurately!

All users must be pre approved by reserve staff, or via our reservation system at RAMS.UCNRS.ORG. If you are not approved, you will be considered trespassing. Please contact reserve staff with any questions about this process. https://fortordreserve.ucsc.edu/contact/index.html

At the end of this survey you will receive a link to an online waiver form. All users must sign this form before entering the reserve.

All minors must have the waivers signed by guardians, so a different from will be sent upon reservation approval.

Paper waivers are also available at the gate kiosk, but we prefer digital.
