1. Entry is open to all Malaysians who are between the ages of 4 to 6 years old.

2. All staff of Johdaya Karya Sdn Bhd and tenants’ staff are not entitled to participate.

3. Competition commences at 2.00 p.m. on 4th March 2023.

4. All participants are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the competition time. Late arrival will be disqualified from the competition.

5. Each group is limited to five (5) participants only.

6. Participants will be released group by group.

7. Results of each group will be recorded by the Crew.

8. Winners will be selected based on the fastest scores.

9. Each participant must be accompanied by a guardian.

10. By participating in this JBCS Kids Duck Walk Challenge, participants agree to participate at their own risk and safety. JB City Square Management will not be responsible or liable for any injury or accident suffered by any entrant entering the competition.

11. JB City Square Management reserves the rights and absolute discretion, to use the winner’s names or photographs for the purpose of publicity, advertising, trade or promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.

12. JB City Square Management reserves the right to amend or change the Terms & Conditions as and when it is deemed fit without any prior notice.

13. Prizes/vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. The Management reserves the right to replace the prizes/vouchers with other prizes/vouchers of equivalent value without prior notice.

14. By participating in this JBCS Kids Duck Walk Challenge, participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions and decisions of the JB City Square Management. No correspondence thereon will be entertained thereafter.
