Hello and thank you for your interest in Studio: TESLA's biannual Drop Everything and Design Day (D^3) on Saturday, April 27th from 10 - 2PM at Lopata Hall at Wash U! We hope you will join us for an exciting day of building and sailing boats of your own design!

Completing the following form is the first step to signing up your student for the event. Space is limited so this form will close when we have reached capacity for this event. Completion of the following forms is necessary to finalize your child's enrollment in this event. You will receive email updates from us when your child has successfully been enrolled.

We will be providing lunch for attendees.

- TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION -

PARENT PICK UP AND DROP OFF
Parents who are driving their children should drop students off at the Danforth University Center (6475 Forsyth Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63105) at 10AM, where our student volunteers will guide everyone to Lopata Hall. Parents who drop off their children at Wash U should return to the Danforth University Center at 2PM to pick up their child.

BUSING OPTION
We will have school buses available to pick up students at several schools and community centers. The route information is as follows. We strongly encourage parents to have their children at the pick up location 10-15 minutes before the bus is scheduled to arrive.

Bus 1 - Holman Middle School + Brittany Woods Middle School
Pick up at Holman - 9:00AM
Drop off at Holman - 2:30PM
Pick up at Brittany Woods - 9:35AM
Drop off at Brittany Woods - 2:15PM

Bus 2 - Omega Center + Hawthorn Leadership School for Girls
Pick up at Omega Center - 9:15AM
Drop off at Omega Center - 2:30PM
Pick up at Hawthorn - 9:35AM
Drop off at Hawthorn - 2:15PM
