ALL Crafters and Vendors are required to fill out this application for a space in the 2021 Centennial Vendor & Craft Fair held at St. Matthew Church.  This is an outdoor event.  This does not guarantee space.  St. Matthew Church reserves the right to deny space to anyone if it is felt the items being sold is not an appropriate fit.  A confirmation email will be sent once the application has been reviewed.   Covid-19 protocols will be in line with those of the State of Maine and Diocese of Portland at the time of each event.  St. Matthew Church reserves the right to implement addition protocols if deemed necessary.

Rules for Participation:
1. Vendors will arrive between 7:00 am & 8 am.
2.  ***You are required to be done cleanup no later than 6pm***
3. The Sale of silly string, spray dye and any items which may cause harm or damage will not be allowed.
4. Vendors will remain in their rented selling areas when selling items.
5. We will be attempting to limit the number of duplicate sales in order to allow all who attend a fair rate of sales.  This particularly applies to direct sales businesses. So please get your applications with appropriate fees in as early as possible.
6. All vendors are responsible for disposal of their own trash. Dumpster is available on site (behind the building *no large items).
7. All applications are subject to Pastor approval.
8. Payment deadline is 14 days prior to the event..

I, the undersigned, in consideration of the request and permission to participate in the St. Matthew Church Centennial Vendor & Craft Fair, to defend, indemnify, hold harmless, release and forever discharge the St. Matthew Church, from any and all acts of negligence and all claims and demands whatsoever, which the undersigned, or any third party, have or may have against the St. Matthew Church, by reason of accident, illness, or injury, or any person or persons, or damage to, or loss, or destruction or any property arising or resulting directly or indirectly from participation in the St. Matthew Church Centennial Vendor & Craft Fair. I understand that the St. Matthew Church does not provide any insurance coverage to any event participant. I understand that all fees are non-refundable. I grant the St. Matthew Church permission to use photos and/or video of myself and my products at the event for advertising and publication purposes.
