After submitting this form you will receive an invoice from the Tournament Director via. It is recommended that you pay your invoice as soon as you receive it guarantee your spot; otherwise it is due no later than the due date provided. If your team should drop out prior to June 1st, your entry fee will be fully refunded. No refunds given after June 1st.
