Guahan Paws For Pets Foster Contract Form
This form is used for GPFP FOSTERS ONLY in order to track which animals are on the roster and funded by Guahan Paws for Pets NPO, who the animals are in care of, and the status of each animal.

This contract is a legal binding agreement between ______Guahan Paws For Pets_______(Rescuer)
and the Foster.

Due to the high incidence of irresponsible animal fostering on Guam, our rescue
group has certain criteria for fostering an animal. If these rules are broken,
rescuer reserves the right to have Guam Police Department repossess the
animal and/or pursue legal action. It may seem extreme but we have witnessed
many cases of abuse/neglect and/or rehoming without rescuer’s knowledge.
These criteria are to ensure the pet goes to a responsible and caring foster.

If you have this contract right now, you’ve passed the screening and we believe
in you! Congratulations!

IF, FOR SOME REASON, YOU CANNOT FOSTER THE ANIMAL ANYMORE,
YOU MUST RETURN THE PET TO RESCUER! DO NOT ADOPT OUT, REHOME OR RE-FOSTER ON YOUR OWN.

The foster, by filling out this form you are agreeing to the full terms of this contract. If at any point you may have questions regarding these terms please reach out to any of the admin at Guahan Paws For Pets.
