2023 MSHP Research Poster Session- Abstract Submission Form

Thank you for submitting an abstract for the MSHP Research Poster Session on 
April 21st, 2023 (Friday).

The deadline for submission is EXTENDED to Sunday March 12, 2023 at 11:59PM

Please review the following before completing the form:

1. The primary author (who must be a MSHP member) should complete the submission form.
2. If accepted, the primary author and/or co-authors MUST attend the Spring Seminar on April 21st (7:30am to 5:00pm). The presenter(s) should set up the poster at 7:30am and be available for questions from 4:00 to 5:00pm.  
3. If accepted, all results pertaining to "research-in-progress" must be finalized by April 7th, 2023. 
4. The presenter(s) is/are responsible for the registration and payment of the Spring Seminar. Registration does not need to be completed until abstract has been accepted. 
5. You will receive a link in your email to edit your submission after you click submit. You may edit your submission up until the deadline. 

Notification of acceptance, accept with edits, or rejection of the abstract will be emailed in March.
