Chie's Audio Design Commission Form
Hello, thank you for your interest in my Audio Design commissions!
  • These commissions are for audio design/editing for immersive, situational/scripted voice packs (similar to drama CDs); these are not for vocal editing (ex. vocal tuning for songs)! 
  • These work well for YouTube membership perks, Twitch sub exclusives, Patreon rewards, etc.! 
  • These services would include: Simple audio clean-up, adding ambient/environmental sound, adding sound effects, etc. 
  • I will do my best to make your community's WattPad dreams come true!

PRICES: *Prices/rates will be on a case by case basis since they are heavily dependent on length and complexity! 
  • Estimated Base Price: $15 USD (for up to 60 seconds)
    • For every additional min. under 3 minutes: +$10 USD (Or $5 for 30 seconds)
    • Every additional minute over 3 minutes: +$20 USD (Or $10 for 30 seconds)
      • ESTIMATED PRICE BREAKDOWN EXAMPLES
        • 3.5-minute audio: $15 + ($10*2) + $10 = $45 USD
        • 5-minute audio: $15 + ($10*2) + ($20*2) = $75 USD
        • 2-minute audio (+Rush): $15 + $10 = $25 (+100%) = $50 USD
  • If you are unsure of what you want - please let me know your budget and I will work accordingly!

TERMS OF SERVICE:
  • By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Services. 
    • Failure to follow said TOS may result in me declining any future projects from you.
  • I retain the right to decline any commission(s).
  • I reserve all rights to my works. 
    • I also reserve the right to use the commissions as examples. If you'd like to keep your commission private, please let me know!
  • Please credit me if used on any social media platform!
  • Commissions are created solely for the client and may be used on their own platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Twitter, etc).
  • Commissions MAY be used for profit - in the form of subscriptions.  
    • This includes: YouTube membership perks, Twitch sub exclusives, Patreon rewards, etc.
  • Commissions MAY NOT be redistributed or resold (outside of its original intended usage) without permission.
  • Clients MAY commission a third party (without my explicit permission) to use the audio for videos/animations as long as credit is given.
  • Client understands that there is NO physical item associated with this transaction.
  • I bear no responsibility for any disputes that may arise with third parties due to the use of content, the creation of derivative works, or any postings, regardless of the circumstances.

PAYMENT:
  • Refunds are NOT allowed.
  • Payments are made with PayPal in USD.
  • FULL PAYMENT must be paid and cleared before the commission is started.
  • If changes are requested after the commission is finished, I will charge extra accordingly.
  • Any rush commissions (~1 week) will incur an additional +100% fee of the subtotal.

PROCESS: 
  • Applications for commissions are via Google Forms. This is not a first come, first serve basis. 
    • Please have a script (via Google Doc) & your raw, unedited voice files ready for me to check! If there is a specific audio (BGMs/SFXs) you would like me to use, please provide that as well. 
  • Clients will be sent an email within a few days to confirm their order along with a price quote.
  • After your order has been confirmed and accepted, you will be sent an invoice via PayPal.
  • Once invoice is fully paid, I will begin working on the commission. The expected turnaround time is currently 2~3 weeks (unless stated otherwise).
  • Clients will be sent WIP drafts in .mp3 format.
  • The final work will be sent via email with a link to a Google Drive folder.

DELIVERABLES:
  • A 44.1kHz / .wav file
  • An .mp3 version for a smaller file size

DISCLAIMERS:
  • Not all submissions may be reviewed during this process.
    • I sincerely apologize in advance if I cannot get to your commission! Please feel free to submit a form again and I hope we can work together soon!
