AIM: To identify the learning needs of the Target Group and to raise awareness on the importance of food security and reduction of food waste.

Overview: food waste affects our society, environment and our economy. On the other hand, food security ensures the wellbeing of people. How can we collide those two worlds?

TERMINOLOGY:
Target Group: young people at the risk of poverty and exclusion, youth workers, local authorities, public organizations, academic institutions, NGOs, policy makers who work in the field of youth and community development.

Food security: the measure of an individual's ability to access food that is nutritious and sufficient in quantity.
