We are excited that your child is interested in a program at Eugene Science Center! Please read all instructions carefully and fill out this form to give us more information about your scholarship request.
Most of our camps for rising 1st-4th graders are full. However, there is a chance to enroll off the waitlist. For 1st-4th graders, please visit our registration website Amilia, create an account, and add your child to the wait list for all weeks of camp you are interested in.
https://www.amilia.com/store/en/eugenesciencecenter/shop/programs/62708To speed up the process of awarding scholarships, be prepared now to provide documentation of any public assistance programs your family is enrolled it, such as school-based free/reduced lunch programs, SNAP, OHP, WIC, etc. If you are recently out of work due to COVID-19 and cannot provide this type of documentation, please write a brief letter describing your current financial hardship.
This documentation should be emailed to
education@eugenesciencecenter.org after you have completed this form.
