LCPC Technology Form
This form will serve as a technology request for the 2022-2023 school year for Gary Lighthouse College Preparatory Campus in the event the school decides to go virtual learning and/or your student is required to self-quarantine in accordance with LCPC policy. Each student in the household will require an individual technology application and students in other NWILCS buildings will also require an application from their home school for technology for the 2022-2023 school year. We encourage all families to fill out this form as soon as possible so it is on file for this school year so as not to delay technology distribution.
