APPLICATION FOR DXP AUDITIONS 2024-25

*Placement is by audition.  Performing Kids is geared towards ages 4-7
Performing Kids will perform in the community including events and the spring recital.  Upon teacher recommendation, there may be an opportunity to attend 1 regional competition (parents will vote to determine).  
 Students without parent permission (this form completed) will not be allowed in the audition room. Please bring proper shoes (Ballet or Half-Ballet Shoes). **Parents are not allowed in the studio(s) during the audition process.  Please wear dance-wear and hair pulled back.

Parents of performing kids!  This time in your dancers life it's key to keep their interests on the correct path without burning them out.  Consider the following classes to help them on their dance journey: Dancing Kids Ballet or Building Ballet, Dancing Kids Lyrical, Broadway Babies, Tumbling.  You can register for any of these additional classes your studio account. 
I understand that my 2024-25 dance registration based on my selections will be updated automatically. (Registration Fee of $40 will be charged) *
