Welcome to Buddy Up Connections, a one to one relationship building program that pairs local Athletes and Buddies to participate in weekly activities together. Please complete the below registration form. Our Coordinators will take this information and create the most meaningful pairings.

*We will work hard to pair you with a local Athlete, so you can participate in in person meetings. However, we cannot guarantee this, in your area. In some cases, Buddies will be paired with an Athlete from another chapter and may have to meet virtually.
