Dear MMCA Families,

As we build our infrastructure for a Temporary Distance Based Learning model, we need to establish how we are going to best meet the needs of our K-8th grade students during these unprecedented circumstances. While I sincerely hope that the mandated school closure only lasts through our Spring Break, I need to plan as if it could be longer. We recognize that what we would do for a couple week closure plan vs. a couple month plan will be different. We also recognize that we can do with our upper elementary students with technology is pretty different compared to our lower elementary students.

With that, we kindly request that you fill this informational form out for EACH of your children attending grades K-8th grade at MMCA. It will help our instructional staff as we develop this Temporary Plan.
