(i) Student is required to register himself/herself before 07th November, 2019.
        Final registration for the convocation will be done on 22nd November, 2019 in room no. 103, KCLIMT between 900 hrs
         to 1100 hrs.
(ii) Rehearsal of the registered students for the convocation is scheduled on 22nd November, 2019 in Mini Auditorium,
        KCLIMT at 1100 hrs. Attending the rehearsal is mandatory for all the registered students. Failing to attend the
        rehearsal may bar you from attending the convocation to be held on 23rd November, 2019.
(iii) A methodology has been devised to confer degree during convocation on those students who have already collected
       their degree from the institute. Students of batch 2013-2017 may contact Er. Rajni Bedi (9855232773) AP, CSE
       Department and students of batch 2014-2018 may contact Er. Sarbinder Singh Randhawa (9878484488) AP, ME
       Department for clarifications.
(iv) The formal academic robe which you need to wear for receiving the degree will be available on 22nd November, 2019
       in KCLIMT room no. 104 on security deposit of Rs. 630/- (Rs. 500/-refundable security and hire charges of Rs. 130/-
       non-refundable).The robe must be returned immediately after the convocation for claiming the refund of the security
      deposited.
