CANCELLATION & LIABILITY - please read carefully
Cancellation Policy:
It is your responsibility to read and understand my cancellation policy. No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur. Four weeks or more before a weekend retreat, cancellation is permitted minus a 15% administrative fee. Four weeks to two weeks before the retreat, 50% will be refunded. Two weeks and closer to the start date of the retreat the total tuition is non-refundable.
My cancellation policy is in place to ensure the highest quality of service and experience for all. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies.
If for any reason, Carla Wainwright needs to cancel your booking, a full refund will be given.

Liability:
I agree that Carla Wainwright shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay. I agree to assume all risks associated with the retreat and agree that no liability will be attached to Carla Wainwright for any personal injury, illness, delay, loss or damages to property or health. Carla Wainwright reserves the right to change the program schedule if necessary. Carla Wainwright shall not be held liable or responsible for any expenses, including but not limited to lodging, meals, and transportation incurred by uncontrollable issues outside of our program.
