Entry into Zone V Application Form

We Appreciate Your Interest in a tour of Zone V (Plymouth). All Certified Tour Operators in Montserrat are required to complete the Tour Application Request Form.

Applications should be made 24 hours prior to the tour to Plymouth and on Fridays by 2 pm for weekend and holiday applications. Once you complete and submit your application, the DMCA will approve or reject your request via email.

After getting approval from the DMCA, a fee of $160 must be paid at the DMCA office on Yellow Hill Road prior to your tour. If you require further assistance regarding tours to Plymouth, please do not hesitate to contact the DMCA at telephone numbers 1-664-491-7166/3076.
