The small print
All items are made to order. No refunds are exchanges. Each order will take about 2 weeks depending on shirt/design availability. Order will not be started until payment is received. Questions and answers about order will be through email. If we have any questions about your order we will also correspond through email. Please check email for correspondence for Lia & Jet. If custom color is chosen, we will send a couple options that match your choice for you to choose. If emails are not replied to, it will slow the order process, making ETA of 2 weeks longer.
Lia & Jet is not responsible for damaged items due to shipping, or garment care. We are not responsible for wrong size ordered or wrong color ordered. Please understand that monitor color may vary from actual color.
Wash instructions for all printed items...
Wash cold water inside out with like colors. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not apply bleach or hot iron to design. Do not apply stain removal chemicals to design. If ordering Raglan type shirts, Lia & Jet will not be responsible for color bleeds in garment. Please do your research on how to care for those types of shirts. Our best results with Raglans has been to either soak the shirt in half/half vinegar water soak before washing or to simply wash with a color catcher sheet.
