Full Moon Jam 2024 Equinox Flow Fest Instructor Sign-Up Form
The Chicago Full Moon Jam's Equinox Flow Fest will be held on Friday & Saturday, September 20th-21st. It will take place at the Grounding Groove Gardens in Woodstock, IL.
 
We are looking for 24 instructors and showcase performers. Each instructor and performer will be offered a $100 travel stipend for each class, as well as an allergen-friendly lunch and dinner on Saturday. Unfortunately we will be unable to offer any +1 passes or additional compensation for showcase performances this year.

If you would like to participate as an instructor or showcase performer, please fill out this form by May 31st! We plan to review the applications and notify everyone of our final selections soon after.

We are excited for our 20th anniversary next year and have so much planned! Thank you for your support in helping to sustain and grow the Chicago Full Moon Jam in new ways!
