Saint Joseph Regional School                           Fundraising Buyout Jobs                                            for 2020-2021
Please review the below Fundraising Buyout Job options for the coming school year and indicate your interest.  Please choose a minimum of three (3) options, but you may choose more if you wish.  We will review all of the responses and assign jobs based on interest levels and experience.

FULL positions = $1,700
HALF positions =   $850

You may do a job with Middle School students even if you only have Elementary students in your family, and vice versa.

If you have an idea for a meaningful job that is not listed below, there is a space at the end of this form where you may share details about your idea.  We will take your idea into consideration, but can not promise that it would qualify as a Fundraising Buyout Job.

Please note that there are some jobs that are not included in this list because we will not be having them this year (e.g. Coed Soccer, Pumpkin Carving, Scarecrow Night).

You may choose not to participate in the Fundraising Buyout Jobs, and instead pay the $1,700 fundraising commitment at any time.  Please contact Anthony Toscano at atoscano@stjosephkeene.org to indicate your interest in making your payment.  You may make a one-time payment or you may use a payment plan that is added on as part of your normal monthly tuition payment.

CHESS CLUB -- Middle/Elementary School -- 2 FULL positions
2 coordinators needed for 8 weeks in April - June.  Elementary and middle school students.  After-school activity.  Get snack, setup game boards, pair up players.  Knowledge of chess required.
DESTINATION IMAGINATION -- Middle/Elementary School -- 5 FULL positions
1 faculty advisor with a team 5 people needed to assist advisor and serve as the team coaches for the DI teams.  Elementary and middle school students.  Meetings once per week November – March.
DRAMA CLUB -- Middle School -- 3 FULL positions
1 faculty advisor with a team of 3 people working with the middle school students to produce the Spring Play.  2-3 days per week.  More rehearsals closer to the performance date.  After-school activity.  March – May.
NEW HAMPSHIRE DANCE INSTITUTE (NHDI) -- Middle School -- 1 FULL position
1 person to serve as the School Coordinator for the middle school NHDI Year-Long Program.  Attend the weekly class during the school day (if possible), assist with costume preparation, hold parent meetings as needed, coordinate NHDI Event of the Year participation over Memorial Day weekend.  Attend NHDI Residency performance day (typically in February).  Full school year with the majority of the time March – May.
ATHLETICS COORDINATOR -- 1 FULL position
1 person to assist all sports with scheduling games, planning transportation, communication/coordination with families, uniform distribution/collection.  Attendance at sports practices/games NOT necessary.
COED CROSS COUNTRY -- Middle School -- 2 FULL positions (1 currently filled)
1 head coach (position filled) and 1 assistant coach needed 2 days per week during the fall for practices and meets.  Previous running experience preferred.  After-school activity.  Possible need to drive the school van.
COED RUNNING CLUB -- Elementary School -- 2 FULL positions
2 people for 1 day per week.  Previous running experience preferred.  After-school activity.
BOYS BASKETBALL -- Middle School -- 2 FULL positions
2 coaches needed 2-4 times per week during the late fall/winter plus games. Previous basketball experience required.  After-school activity.  Possible need to drive school van.
GIRLS BASKETBALL -- Middle School -- 2 FULL positions
2 coaches needed 2-4 times per week during the late fall/winter plus games. Previous basketball experience required.  After-school activity.  Possible need to drive school van.
COED TRACK AND FIELD -- Middle School -- 1 FULL position
1 faculty coach with 1 assistant coach needed in the Spring.  Practices twice per week April – May.  Attend local meets.  After-school activity.  Possible need to drive school van.
SKI CLUB -- Middle/Elementary School -- 1 HALF position
1 faculty coordinator with the assistance of 1 assistant coordinator needed to help with managing ski pass distribution, communicate with families and Crotched Mountain.  Late fall/January and February.  Must attend all 5 Friday skiing days.
YEARBOOK/PHOTOGRAPHER -- 3 FULL positions
3 people needed to help with layout of the yearbook.  Works directly with Kate.  Layout work can be done on your own time.
IMMUNIZATIONS -- 1 FULL position
1 person to manage all immunization paperwork and assist with flu shots in the Fall.  2 full days during the school day plus additional work.  
LUNCHES -- 1 HALF position
Assist with picking up supplies and serving school lunches.  Three days per week during the mid-day.  September – June.
LANDSCAPING -- 1 FULL position, 3 HALF positions
1 coordinator along with 3 assistants to do cleanup and pulling of weeds around the school building and playground.   General beautification of school grounds.  Plant flowers.  Maintain flower pots.  April – November (including the summer).  Can be done evenings or weekends.  No equipment needed.
INTERNATIONAL NIGHT -- 4 HALF positions
Faculty advisors along with 4 people to organize, setup, clean up the event.  Typically, in the Fall, but this year it will be in the Spring (if possible).  
AUCTION COMMITTEE -- 15 FULL positions
1 staff advisor working with 1 primary auction coordinator and team of 14 people to solicit and gather auction items, plan, setup, cleanup the Spring Auction.  November – April.
