Who doesn't like receiving birthday cards?! I know I do!  

If you'd like to receive a birthday card from me, please fill out this form. Not only will you receive a birthday card from me, you'll also be entered into a monthly giveaway during your birth month. Each month, I will select one random person to receive a birthday gift from me. Part of that gift will be a signed paperback (your choice from any of my books that are currently published at the time).

This is open internationally. Just because you don't live in the US doesn't mean you don't deserve to be spoiled on your birthday!
