Only head coaches may initiate a formal appeal (i.e. filling out this form). 

  • Appeals will only be handled after the student has made an attempt to resolve the problem. 
  • A reminder that event judges are extremely busy during competition. 
  • Please do not interfere with an event while others are competing.
  • If a device is being used the device MUST STAY with the Supervisor in the testing area
